Within our discipleship pathway (Beholding - Belonging - Going Beyond - Becoming), the production team fits within the first stage - Beholding. They are responsible for helping attendees behold God's beauty and love during our weekly worship services. To accomplish this, the production team plans and manages all the worship service elements - music, tech, preaching, time, flow, etc.

Within our discipleship pathway (Beholding - Belonging - Going Beyond - Becoming), the Small Groups team fits within the second stage - Belonging. They are responsible for giving members and visitors a sense of connection and community by coordinating activities for the spiritual, emotional, physical, and mental development of our members. There are four categories of small groups: Study, Life, Kids & Growth.

Within our discipleship pathway (Beholding - Belonging - Going Beyond - Becoming), the Missions team fits within the third stage - Going Beyond. However, unlike the other two teams, Production and the Small Groups, the Missions team serves more as a facilitator than a coordinator. What this means is that they exist to provide resources, encouragement, and financial support to ministry and outreach project ideas initiated and developed by the membership.
This new approach rests in the belief that if the first two stages (Beholding and Belonging) are successful, the third stage is a natural outcome. If our members can encounter or behold the beauty of Jesus and appreciate what it means to belong to His family, then they will desire to go beyond through mission and evangelism. Therefore, the church's role, and specifically the role of the Missions' team is to facilitate and direct these inspired ideas. In adopting this approach, we believe that we would be able to achieve Total Member Involvement.

Church hospitality is not merely a "Hello Happy Sabbath" and a handshake. Church Hospitality is about letting someone know that they matter - to God and us. Therefore, the responsibility of the Hospitality team is two-fold:
Create and maintain a formal system of church hospitality that includes welcoming, engaging with, and following up with visitors.
Encourage and support a culture of hospitality among the membership that permeates their lives throughout the week.
